A day at Melbourne's Luna Park is jam packed full of excitement - awesome rides - and great party food in the biggest party venue ever! It is an opportunity to spend a memorable day celebrating with your friends and family - as we cater for the young and young at heart. Our Birthday Party Pack is for anyone!
The Luna Park Birthday Party Pack
The Luna Park Birthday Party Pack caters for a minimum of 10 children plus the Birthday child and includes the following for all children:

Invitations can be downloaded in PDF format and printed from your PC, or we can supply you with 10 colour prints for $4 once we receive your booking. You can choose from one of the following party session times:
Saturday & Sunday 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm & 3.30pm,
School Holidays and Public Holidays 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm & 3.30pm,
Of course, guests are free to enjoy the rides before and after their party session, but please note that you need to be at Luna Park at least 30 minutes before your party session time to confirm your arrival. Extra guests can be paid for on the day, provided that you arrive 30 minutes before the party session time.

Payment
* 20% deposit required at time of booking.
* Final Numbers - Are required on the Monday prior to the birthday party.
* Confirmation - Will be sent once final payment is received.
* Final Payment - Please ensure that cheques are received 7 days prior to your party date.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact us 7 days before the party to process the full payment.
Birthday Fast Facts!
WET WEATHER
There's no need to worry about the weather because your party session is under cover.Please note however that while we make every effort to ensure that all rides are available on your special day, due to maintenance and particular weather conditions, some rides may not be available from time to time.
CANCELLATION
In the event that the party is cancelled, monies will be refunded as follows:
Party cancelled within 4 weeks of booking date: 100% of monies refunded.
Party cancelled within 2 weeks of booking date: 0% of monies refunded.
In the event of forecast rain, birthday party bookings can be transferred to another date with a minimum of 48 hours notice. PAYMENTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
MUM & DAD, DON'T FORGET...
Hats, sunscreen, cameras and supervising helpers. Remember - ENTRY TO THE PARK IS FREE!
CAR PARKING
Ample meter car parking is available.

A minimum requirement of 10 children plus the birthday child applies to all Birthday Party bookings.
If you are inviting over 16 guests the 3.30pm food time has no extra charge. Other party times incur a surcharge of $150 for over 16 guests.
