THE LUNA PARK BIRTHDAY PARTY PACK

LUNA PARTY BIRTHDAY TRAM

The Luna Park Birthday Party Pack caters for a minimum
of 8 children and includes the following for all children:

• An Unlimited Rides Pass
• A Streets Food Pack featuring carnival food and soft drink
• A Reserved Table in the Party Tram at the specified party session time
• Enjoyment of the unique carnival atmosphere of Melbourne’s only theme park

The birthday child also receives:
• A Personalised Birthday Card
• Luna Park Birthday Badge

Invitations can be downloaded in PDF format and printed from your PC,
or we can supply you with 10 colour prints for $4 once we receive your booking.

You can choose from one of the following party session times:
Saturday & Sunday 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm
School Holidays 12noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm

Of course, guests are free to enjoy the rides before and after their party session, but please note that you
need to be at Luna Park at least 45 minutes before your party session time to confirm your arrival.
Extra guests can be paid for on the day, provided that you arrive 45 minutes before the party session time.

PAYMENT

* Final Numbers - Are required 7 days before the party day.
* Confirmation - Will be sent once final payment is received.
* Final Payment - Please ensure that cheques are received 7 days prior to your party date.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact us 7 days before the party to process the full payment.

THE LUNA FREEZE! BIRTHDAY PARTY PACK
The Luna Freeze! Party Pack caters for a minimum of 8 children and includes the following for all children:

• A One Hour Ice Skating Pass (minimum age 5)
• A Helium Balloon
• A Carnival Game Voucher
• A Reserved Table in the Party Tram at the Specified Party Session Time
• A Streets Party Food Pack Including:
party pies and sausage rolls
hot chips
390ml Schweppes soft drink
a bag of fairy floss
a Streets Paddle Pop ice cream

The Birthday Child Also Receives:
A Personalised Birthday Card

SESSION TIMES
Lunch in the Party Tram is for 45 minutes and the ice skating session runs for 1 hour.
The following Ice Skating Party options are available:

A) 12.00pm tram party with 1.00pm Ice Skating
B) 1.00pm tram party with 2.30pm Ice Skating
C) 2.00pm tram party with 4.00pm Ice Skating
D) 3.00pm tram party with 4.00pm Ice Skating

OPTIONAL ITEMS
The Luna Freeze! Birthday Party Pack can be upgraded to include 2 single rides
or your choice or and unlimited ride pass. Pricing is as follows:

• BIRTHDAY FAST FACTS!

WET WEATHER
There's no need to worry about the weather because your party session is under cover.
Please note however that while we make every effort to ensure that all rides are available on your special
day, due to maintenance and particular weather conditions, some rides may not be available from time to
time.

CANCELLATION
In the event that the party is cancelled, monies will be refunded as follows:
Party cancelled within 4 weeks of booking date: 100% of monies refunded.
Party cancelled within 2 weeks of booking date: 0% of monies refunded.

In the event of forecast rain, birthday party bookings can be transferred to another date with a minimum
of 48 hours notice. PAYMENTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

MUM & DAD, DON'T FORGET...
Hats, sunscreen, cameras and supervising helpers.
Remember - ENTRY TO THE PARK IS FREE!

CAR PARKING
Ample metre car parking is available.
